Add water at room temperature in the dissolving tank.
Start the agitator, slowly add calculated amount of PVA into the tank.
Keep PVA swelling in the water at room temperature for about 30min, and then raise the temperature of the PVA aqueous solution, when the temperature reaches 90-95℃, keep the temperature for 1-2hours.
PVA can completely dissolve.
